Calendar Event Squares

BLOG UPDATE: Due to a misinterpretation on my part of the Terms of Use, any printable of mine where I have used an icon downloaded from, the link to the download has to be removed from my website. It is considered “Redistribution” and is not allowed. What is allowed, is for me to make a post or video for you showing how you can download the icon from’s site, and show you how to change and edit the icon for yourself, and use for your own personal use. I will work on making videos for you showing my design process in the future, but for now, I am not allowed to let you download the printable from my blog.

As for the posts that I have used’s content, I will leave up a picture of the printable I made, but with a watermark over the top. I will have all of the appropriate links to, so that you can download the icons I used in the printable and directly from them, and be inspired to make the printable for your own personal use.

What does this mean for Right now I am working on finding Commercial Use Icons that I can use in my printables and upload THOSE into my past printables. This is going to be a long process for me and I still plan on coming out with new printables for you guys, but I want to do it right. I hope that you can be patient with me as I reformat and upload all of my printables so they that they can be used and downloaded honestly.

HERE is a link to a blog post that I made back in December 2015 showing how to make Planner Icon Stickers using Icons from Since making this video, they have changed their options, and they give you the option to download the Icons in different colors now. Also in the video I say to download the Icons as a PNG, but I would download them as SVG, so that each element of the icon will be it’s own section and you will not have to break it apart to color it. I plan on making an updated video showing and going my in depth, but for now, this will have to do for those of you who want to make these stickers for yourself.

Hello all! I am back with some Calendar Event Squares. These are great for your monthly and weekly sections in your planners.

I made two different sheets. I made one sheet with the @ sign where I could write a place or a time and another with the : sign for me to write down a specific time. I tried to think of many to do's or events that I have to do, especially because I am a busy mom. I think they are just a fun way to keep track of upcoming events too.

Measurements for each of the squares are 1.250" W x 1.000" H. All icons used are from And the font used for the Events is My Own Topher from

Here is a preview of the different printables I made and I hope they inspire you to create your own:

And as always, thanks for your support and for stopping by!

If you print and use these in your planner, tag @myplannerenvy on Instagram so I can see them. It really makes my day when I see that others are using my free printables, plus it gives me new inspiration on how I can decorate my own planner too. :)

Also, when I post the studio3 files to my blog, they are ready to print and cut and you don’t have to do a thing. You don’t need to add cut line. As long as your printer settings are set to Print Actual Size and/or the Scale Setting is set at 100% or less, you should not have any problems with your Silhouette registering. If you do, click HERE for a post I did with tips on cutting, printing, downloading, and Silhouette files tips and tricks. You might find it helpful if you are having issues with my files or any other files on the internet.

    1. Hello, I am attempting to print and cut one of your layouts on my Silhouette Portrait. It printed fine and even registered okay, but when it went over the entire sheet, it didn't cut anything. Any ideas about what I'm doing wrong?

      1. Which file? I will check it out for you.

      2. Thanks! It's the Bronze and Mint sampler.

      3. Which file exactly are you having an issue with? I uploaded 4 files on that sampler. The ECLP pdf and studio3 files & THP pdf and studio3 files. Sorry about all of the questions. Just want to make sure I am getting to the bottom of the issue. :)

      4. Oh my gosh, I'm so dumb. Sorry.
It's the THP studio3 file. I opened it in my Silhouette Studio software. I don't have the Designer edition.

      5. Okay, I just downloaded the file directly from my blog and the cut lines were there. Maybe try and re-download the file again from my blog. When you open it in the Sil Software, go to the Blade Icon/Cut Settings. When you click on it, all of the edges of the images should be highlighted in red. Are the red lines there, but your machine isn't cutting them? If you want, take a screen shot of what you are seeing and email me at so I can see what you are seeing.

    2. Yes, I can see the red lines, but the machine isn't cutting them. I'll try downloading the file again and see if it will work. Maybe I changed something accidentally after I opened it.
      I'll let you know. Thanks!

      1. That's what my thinking is, that you accidentally changed something. Let me know for sure.

      2. It was my Portrait blade! Good grief. Thanks for your help, and the cool sticker layouts!

      3. Oh good! I am glad you figured it out. So it cut fine after you fixed your blade?
