If you have wanted to know how to convert a Silhouette File to use it with your Cricut Explore, Moe Howard has the answer for you! She emailed me asking if she could use my Birthday Balloons Printable in an upcoming video showing her viewers How to Create a Blackout File in Silhouette Studio to Cut PDF Printables with Cricut Explore. And I was seriously over the moon and overjoyed and immediately said yes! I told her that I had received this question a lot and would be honored if she used one of my printables in her video. So if you have always wanted to know how to do this, this video will help you out tremendously!

Also, FYI…If you have the New Mini Happy Planner and you are on a Sampler Printable of mine that does not have the Mini HP size available for it, I had a follower contact me and say that if you print any of my pdf file printables that are for THP on a half page in Adobe, that the stickers fit just great in the Mini Happy Planner.

If you want to be updated on when I have new printables, you can subscribe to my blog by email. Even if I upload 4 times that day, it will only send you one email. (I know this because I signed up using another email address I have to see how they looked and how often I would get emailed.) To sign up, there is a section below the Donate section at the very top of the right hand side of my blog, that says Follow by Email. Just enter your email address in the box and hit submit. Why are my stickers cutting off center? - Tip Tuesday

Why are my stickers cutting off center? New Tip Tuesday Blog Topic from myplannerenvy.com

I want to start a new series on my blog called Tip Tuesday. I don't know how often I will post in this series, but I feel like I have wanted to talk about this for a long time now, but I haven't taken the time to sit down and write this post. Maybe you are having the same issues and this post might help you out?

So I am starting out with this topic: Why are my stickers cutting of center? That is a question I kept asking myself when I first started designing and making my own stickers. I calibrated my Silhouette and it is still cutting off center, which was driving me bonkers! In the beginning stages of my blog I was cutting my original un-flattened designs, and even then they were still cutting off center.

Then I thought, "Hey, I should be cutting the actual files I post to my blog to make sure they cut for the people who will be cutting these with their Silhouette." When I printed the flattened files that I post to my blog, I realized that the colors and details were brighter and crisper on my sticker paper, but even still, the files were cutting off center.

So I started to mess around with the cutlines on my printables. In all of my printables available for download on my blog, I always group the cutlines together in the file. So I clicked on the actual cutlines and used the arrows on my keyboard to move them once to the left because my stickers seemed to be cutting off to the right side. After the stickers were cut, it was an improvement, but they were still off. So I printed another sticker sheet and still kept my cutlines one click to the left, I then moved my cutlines using the arrows on my keyboard down one click and cut my stickers and they cut PERFECT!

Here are a couple of pictures of my cutlines in the original setting and then moved to the left one click and down one click. The difference is so subtle, but it makes the world of a difference!
Why are my stickers cutting off center? Unmoved Cutlines in my Silhouette Software on myplannerenvy.com

Why are my stickers cutting off center? Moved Cutlines in my Silhouette Software on myplannerenvy.com
This is a picture of my cutlines moved once to the left and once down in my Silhouette Software.
So when I have cut other files from other planner blogs, I have experimented with moving the cutlines and sometimes I only have to move them to the left and sometimes I just have to move them down, but I always have to move them.

I am not sure if this is the case with your Silhouette, but I thought some of you might be running into the same issues and thought this post would help you guys out. Thanks for taking the time to read this post. I hope my descriptions and instructions were clear, if they were not or you have any other questions, please feel free to leave me a comment below.

Stitched Heart Date Covers for Samplers - Free Planner Printable

Free Printable Heart Stitched Date Covers for Samplers from myplannerenvy.com

Hi everyone. Welcome back for another Free Planner Sticker Printable.

On Friday's I usually post a Sampler, but I find that they take a lot of time to design, since I am including so many more pages then I use to when I first started making Samplers. I was doing so well getting one out each Friday, but found that my desktop is getting overloaded with Icon Printables, so I decided to post a Sampler every 2 weeks instead, to clear my desktop faster. I have sooooooo many printables that I need to post. I haven't even uploaded them to Facebook because I don't want you to get so excited for a certain printable, just to find out that it isn't posting for a month!

This weeks printable are some Heart Stitched Date Covers. You could of course use them for any kind of planner you have, but they fit perfectly in the Heart above the Days of the Week Cover Printable I posted to my blog earlier this year. If you missed the Circle Stitched version of this printable, click HERE and it will take you to those. I also did not make a Black and White version of this printable because I already posted a version of those HERE.

Click on the actual picture for the jpeg file and click the link above all of the pictures for access to all of the PDFs and Studio3 files with the cutlines included for your Silhouette Cutting Machine (this is the exact bundle I bought). Hi everyone. Welcome back for another Free Planner Sticker Printable.

I try as often as I can to post a Reformatted and Updated Version of my past blog posts. I bet you are sick and tired of me linking the explanation, but if you are new, click HERE to read more about it.

This weeks printable is an updated version of my Back To School 2 Sampler. My kids go back to school in 3 weeks and this Sampler will be perfect for me to mark the occasion. I am so flipping excited for school to start!

This version was made for the Original Stay Golden Big Happy Planner. These will not fit in the updated Big Happy Planners. If you are unsure of which Big Happy Planner you have, measure the Full Boxes on your weekly page spread. If your box size is 2 inches wide by 3 inches tall, THIS SAMPLER WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU. If you don't mind that the full boxes won't go corner to corner in your planner, then you can go ahead and download and print these. I just wanted to give you a warning before you printed these out.

Free Printable Reinforcement Hole Protectors in Updated Colors from myplannerenvy.com

Hi everyone. Welcome back for another Free Planner Sticker Printable.

On Monday and Wednesday I try to post a universal printable that you can use for any planner you have in your stash. I know some of you switch up what planner you use on a weekly basis. I myself half stopped using the Recollections Creative Year Planner that I left on my coffee table and instead have started using the Vertical Carpe Diem Inserts in my A5 planner that I use on my coffee table and bring with me in my purse. I got really tired of decorating two different planners!

This weeks printable is an update from a printable that I posted a long time ago. Recently, I went back to using my A5 planner and some of the holes were getting a little ripped and worn, so I wanted some of these to protect my pages like my monthly calendar that I turn to quite often, so they don't get completely torn from my planner. I use the Blank Version of the Monthly Headers and Extras that I make and post monthly and I wanted hole protectors that would match the color schemes that I have chosen for that month.Just in case there is not a color that matches, I also included a studio3 file of just cutlines and printed a set of these off on my clear glossy paper for those times when I don't want the hole protector to be obvious. I hope you get what I am trying to say and I hope that those of you who use ring bound planners will find these useful.

Also, if you don't have a need for hole protectors and don't even have a Silhouette to cut these with, you could use these with any .500" circle or square paper punch and use them in your planner just as circles or squares to mark events too.

Click on the actual picture for the jpeg file and click the link above all of the pictures for access to all of the PDFs and Studio3 files with the cutlines included for your Silhouette Cutting Machine (this is the exact bundle I bought). You can cut these out buy hand using Scissors (these are the scissors I use when I cut by hand). Also, I get messages asking me about the paper I use to print with. I use onlinelabels.com and have every kind of inkjet paper they offer in white and clear in the Full Back (No Slit).

Here is a preview of the available printables. I also included the original files in this link for you as well:

If you use any of my printables in your planner, take a picture and tag me @myplannerenvy on Instagram or post your picture on my Facebook Page so I can see them in use. It really makes me happy to see others using my printables, plus it gives me new inspiration on how I can decorate my own planner and improve my printables to make them more universal for all planner lovers. :)

I promise you won't be spammed, as I haven't been spammed and I have been "Following" my own blog for a long time now. :)

PLEASE NOTE: MAMBI changed the weekly box size of their newest release of the Big Happy Planners. All of the stickers that were designed on this blog before 6/30/17 under the Label BIG HAPPY PLANNER, were made using the dimensions of the Original Stay Golden July 2016-December 2017 Big Happy Planner. So unless stated otherwise in future posts, posts after 6/30/17 will have the widths of the Full Boxes and Headers at 2 inches and the heights of the Full Boxes and Checklists at 3 inches.
